DK Weight 

DK, or double knitting, is the weight halfway between sport and worsted, knitting at 5.5 stitches per inch. This weight is very common for sweaters and pullovers so Yarn Barn stocks a variety of yarns in this weight, including solid colors, hand-dyed skeins, and fun fiber blends and textures. This is the equivalent of the Craft Yarn Council size 3.
