Manos del Uruguay 

Manos del Uruguay was begun by five women who wanted to find a way to provide opportunities for rural women of Uruguay. The company is not-for-profit, organized in 12 cooperatives that give local women work, opportunities, and support, while keeping traditional textile skills alive. It has been a member of the World Fair Trade Organization since 2009.
