Zebra Base Fingering
Zebra Base Fingering is hand dyed locally in Lenexa, Kansas by Life's A Stitch. The yarn base is a 2-ply Peruvian Highland wool where one ply is occasionally dyed black giving those sections a marled effect - hence the name "Zebra." The hand-dyed color designs are so fun to work with. This yarn blocks wonderfully so it's great for lacework shawls or scarves. Wash by hand and lay flat to dry.
This yarn comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. We are happy to wind the yarn for you at no charge, but this does make the yarn non-returnable. If you would like your skeins wound, please request it in the "Shipping Instructions" box during the checkout process.
This yarn is eligible for quantity discounts!
