Silky Merino Lace combines two fibers we love: a 21-micron Merino wool and a sleek mulberry silk. This blend makes for a yarn that is warm, resilient, and soft. The fibers are spun into an evenspun 2-ply that is highly reflective. It is beautiful as it is or it can be dyed with acid dyes.

Silky Merino Lace is the closest thing we've found to Zephyr, the discontinued yarn from Jaggerspun.

Silky Merino Lace comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. We are happy to wind the yarn for you at no charge, but this does make the yarn non-returnable. If you would like your skeins wound, please request it in the "Shipping Instructions" box during the checkout process. (If you will be dyeing this yarn, it is best to keep it in its reeled hank.)
