The Schacht Bulky Plyer Flyer is the answer for those spinners struggling with bobbins that fill up too quickly or a flyer orifice that just won't accommodate the chunky yarn they are spinning. Switch to the Bulky Plyer Flyer! It easily handles the big stuff but you can also use your regular or high-speed bobbins on it as well, so you never have to switch back to your old flyer. In addition to the flyer and bobbin, the set includes a replacement front maiden and bearing. Note: In 2012, Schacht modified the design of the Matchless wheel and the Bulky Plyer Flyer needs to be matched to the style of wheel. The easiest way to determine the difference is to check the location of the spring on the scotch tension. If the spring is located to the side of the whorl, you have the original design. If the spring is set into a well in the wood under the whorl, then you have the new design. (If you know the serial number of your wheel, provide that and we can tell; the number is stamped into the back of your wheel.)
