Marine Silk is a blend of silk, Merino wool, and SeaCell, a regenerated fiber made from a mix of cellulose pulp and seaweed. The silk and SeaCell are both sleek, supple, and shiny. The wool brings warmth and resilience to the blend. Marine Silk would be an excellent choice for a scarf, shawl, or fabric for clothing.

Marine Silk comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. Because of the slippery nature of this yarn, we don't wind it before shipping.
