Island Cotton is a lofty spiral yarn that would give terrific, fuzzy cotton texture to a woven or knitted piece. It would not work well for warp because the two plies slide against one another but it would make a wonderful lush weft. It takes dye well, so if creamy white is not your preference, try dyeing it with Procion dyes.
This yarn comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. We are happy to wind the yarn for you at no charge, but this does make the yarn non-returnable. If you would like your skeins wound, please request it in the "Shipping Instructions" box during the checkout process. (If you will be dyeing this yarn, it is best to keep it in its reeled hank.)
