Corriedale 3/9 Woolen Spun has an authentic wool feel. It has undergone minimal processing, so it even has the occasional bit of plant fiber. It is very lofty, with lots of small air pockets, so fabric made from it will be lightweight but warm. Corriedale has a long staple and pronounced crimp, making the yarn strong. Garments made from it keep their shape well.

This yarn is a lovely cream color. If you want it in a color, it can be dyed with acid dyes.

Corriedale 3/9 Woolen Spun comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. We are happy to wind the yarn for you at no charge, but this does make the yarn non-returnable. If you would like your skeins wound, please request it in the "Shipping Instructions" box during the checkout process. (If you will be dyeing this yarn, it is best to keep it in its reeled hank.)
