Cascade is an 8/2 spun silk from Henry's Attic. It is gorgeous as it is, with a natural bright cream color, but if you have a hankering for 8/2 silk in colors, it takes dye well using a protein dye like Washfast. We have used in in an elegant scarf, but it would also make nice fabric for clothing.

Cascade comes in a reeled hank that will need to be wound into a ball before it is used. If you would like instructions for doing this, please request them in the box headed "Shipping Instructions" during the check out process. Using a ball winder and swift will make this task easier.
