If you love an extended point twill, this project is for you! The 74-thread repeat creates an ornate diamond shape, with a butterfly shape in between repeats. We decided that such a beautiful motif needed an elegant yarn, so we chose 100% silk Kiku for both the warp and weft. Kiku is a 20/2 silk. A single color is used in the warp, sett at 24 epi. A second color is used as the weft, beaten at 24 ppi. The kit makes one scarf measuring approximately 11' x 70". It can be hand washed and dried flat.

• 12-dent reed
• 297 heddles
• 1 boat shuttle and bobbin
