Zephyr is a blend of 50% Chinese tussah silk and 50% Merino wool, with a subtle sheen and soft hand. It is often used for woven scarves or clothing and can be substituted in any project calling for 2/18 wool. Knitters love it for lace knitting in shawls and scarves. It is a lofty and light worsted-spun yarn, with a smooth surface. This yarn also comes in 1.75 oz skeins, so you can choose a cone for your main color and several skeins for accents.
