Zebra Base Worsted

• 100% Peruvian Highland wool
• 3.5 oz reeled hank / 218 yards
• 2-ply worsted weight
• knitting gauge 5 stitches / inch on US 7
• hand wash and lay flat to dry

Zebra Base Worsted is hand dyed locally in Lenexa, Kansas by Life's A Stitch. The yarn base is a 2-ply Peruvian Highland wool where one ply is occasionally dyed black giving those sections a marled effect - hence the name "Zebra." The colors are fantastic, and we especially love some of the close-to-home names like Mass St., Kicking It In KC, and Wildcat. Wash by hand and lay flat to dry.
