Extend the pleasure of your yoga by doing some mindful weaving for it. This project makes a yoga blanket and matching towel in comfortable, absorbent cotton. Both are woven on the same striped warp of 8/4 carpet warp sett at 12 epi. The blanket weft is 8/16 heavy cotton in natural and the towel weft is 8/4 carpet warp in natural. The kit makes a 19.5" x 59" blanket and a 19" x 48" towel. They can be machine washed and dried.

You will need:

• 24" weaving width
• rigid heddle loom or 2 harnesses
• 12- or 12.5-dent rigid heddle or 12 dent reed
• flat shuttles or a boat shuttle with bobbin
• needle and thread for sewing
