Twill is an almost magical structure. It can appear very complex even when only four harnesses are used and can make anything from a gossamer fabric to a heavy rug. In this collection from The Best of Weaver's series, twill is examined in depth. The book includes 36 projects as well as text that explains what makes twill tick. Numerous drafts and photos illustrate the concepts.

Projects include toys, scarves, towels, garments, samplers, table runners, and placemats. The majority of projects require 8 harnesses, but there are some for 4 harnesses and some for 16 harnesses.
