Detailed Description

This knitting class is suitable for knitters who have been actively knitting and would like to expand their technical skills. If you know how to knit, but it has been a few years since you picked up needles and yarn, please take the Introduction to Knitting class first.

STEEKING WITHOUT SHRIEKING

May 7 Thursday 6-8 p.m. 1 day

The idea of taking scissors to your knitting is enough to cause many knitters to run away screaming. But, fear not! In this class, you'll learn 3 different methods for securing and finishing your steeks without losing your stitches (or your mind!) No sewing machine required. Homework required. By Cheryl Murray.

Please purchase class supplies and have your homework completed before the first day of class.

  • 16" circular US 6,7 or 8
