One of the great things about being a knitting store as well as a weaving store is that we get the chance to draw from a huge range of yarns marketed for knitting but which make terrific woven pieces. Dreambaby DK is one of those. It is marketed to be knit into nifty little baby sweaters and hats, but, as you can see, it makes a wonderful blanket sett at 10 epi. The warp and weft are made of simple stripes woven in plain weave, but the result is a sweet blanket to wrap a baby in. Dreambaby DK is a blend of nylon and acrylic, so the blanket is easy care and very soft.
