When you want to weave a present on your rigid heddle loom and you need it fast, Snappy, Zappy, Nice and Happy Towels are the answer. We warped the loom and wove the fabric in less than five hours here in the store. The warp is primarily Matita, a 76% cotton, 24% hemp yarn. It is dyed in a long gradated color sequence that runs the length of the skein. There is no repeating! This gives the warp multiple colored bands that gently blend into one another. On either side of the warp is a band of Yarn Barn's own yarn line, Ad Astra. This is a 100% organic cotton yarn in a solid color. The Ad Astra is your weft, too. The warping is fast since you don't have to count warp ends of Matita. You simply warp until you run out. The warp and weft are both at 10 threads per inch. The finishing is easy, too. Wash the fabric then cut it in half and hem. You are done! The kit makes two towels measuring approximately 13.5" x 20.5". They can be machine washed and dried.

You will need:

• rigid heddle loom with 16"-17" weaving width
• 10 dent rigid heddle
• flat shuttle
