    INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED KNITTING CLASSES

    The knitting classes listed below are suitable for knitters who have been actively knitting and would like to expand their technical skills. If you know how to knit, but it has been a few years since you picked up needles and yarn, please take the Introduction to Knitting class first.

    MY FIRST SOCKS-Magic Loop Method

    Everyone needs a nice pair of socks. Summer Lee's I'm So Basic sock pattern is free from Ravelry and is a great way to learn how to make socks using the Magic Loop method. Your contrasting heels and toes are not only adorable but will highlight the new skills you learn. By Katie Werner.

  • All class enrollments must include payment.
  • Students must be 16 years or older to sign up for classes unless they are specifically kids' classes.
  • Unless otherwise noted, cancellations must be made 3 days prior to class starting to receive a refund or store credit.
  • Yarn Barn will cancel a class 3 days prior to class start if the enrollment is below the minimum number; refunds will be issued.
  • Unless noted, materials are not included in the class fee; we have a recommended list of supplies for each class.
  • Students will receive a discount off most yarns during the class period.
