Overshot is, by its nature, traditional. We emphasized that by choosing classic French toile colors for an elegant, timeless runner. However, picking hot, neon colors or subtle neutral tones would give this project a completely different look. Make it your own! This fabric uses 8/2 Bamboo for the warp, sett at 20 epi, and for the tabby weft. This forms a plain weave background cloth with a nice sheen. The 3/2 Perle is the pattern weft. It is about three times the thickness of the Bamboo so it makes a bold, 3-dimensional pattern. We've repeated a rosette motif several times along the length of the warp, separated by a series of vertical lines for contrast.
