The crochet class listed below is suitable for crocheters who have been actively crocheting and would like to expand their technical skills. If you know how to crochet, but it has been a few years since you picked up a hook and yarn, please take the Introduction to Crochet class first.

Perfect Crochet T-Shirt

June 17 (Wed.) 6-8 p.m. 4 weeks, skip 7/1

Come make your first summer tee in this intermediate class. The tee has a shaped neckline and raglan details. You will learn lots of new skills such as crocheting a swatch to determine crochet hook size, follow neckline shaping and work the crochet moss stitch both flat and in the round. Our sample is made in Cascade Botanika, a sport weight organic cotton. By Rebecca Cook.

• 979-1624 yards of a DK weight yarn like Cascade Botankia.
• Crochet hook size 3.75-4.0mm or size needed to get gauge
• Locking stitch markers
• Blunt tapestry needle
• Scissors

PARKING: The parking garage is located at 927 New Hampshire Street. Top level parking is free. Level 2 parking is $2.00 to park 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Street level and basement level parking is limited to 2 hours. Pay stations are located at each stairwell on the street level. Sunday parking is free downtown.
