The knitting classes listed below are suitable for knitters who have been actively knitting and would like to expand their technical skills. If you know how to knit, but it has been a few years since you picked up needles and yarn, please take the Introduction to Knitting class first.

INTRODUCTION TO FAIR ISLE KNITTING

Fair Isle knitting, also known as stranded knitting, allows you to work 2 colors within a row. This technique is often accompanied by 2-handed knitting, so you'll also learn how to knit Continental style and English style at the same time. By Mary Mortensen.

INTRODUCTION TO BRIOCHE KNITTING

You will get an introduction to two-color brioche knitting in this class. There are many beautiful brioche patterns that have come out, but some knitters may be intimidated by the technique.
