Rise and shine, morning glory! The Morning Glory Placemats start your day right with a cheery setting for a nutritious breakfast. They are also perfect for a casual dinner at the kitchen table or on the patio. Two colors of 3/2 perle cotton are striped in the warp, sett at 15 epi. The weft is the same two colors. The point twill design creates blossom motifs where the two colors intersect. The best part is the easy-to-remember threading and treadling sequences that will have you speeding through the set-up and weaving. The kit makes 4 hemmed placemats with finished measurements of 15" x 19.5". The placemats can be machine washed and dried.

You will need:

• 3/2 perle cotton: 1 full cone of main color and 2 mini cones of the accent color
• 18” weaving width
• 8 harnesses
• 10- or 15-dent reed
• 267 heddles
• boat shuttle and 2 bobbins

We wove our placemats using 3/2 Perle Cotton in color 29 Old Gold for the main color and 01 White for the accent.
