The Suzie is Majacraft’s original double treadle folding wheel. The wheel is made mostly from Rimu wood. The drive wheel is MDF with a Rimu veneer. The MDF provides additional weight for easier spinning and stability through changes in temperature and humidity. A clematis flower is engraved on the drive wheel and the upright. The upright rotates downward as the wheel folds, producing a handle at the top of the wheel for easy carrying. Ratios: 4.1, 6.2, 8.3, 11.1, and 13.8 to 1
