The Louet XL Standard drum carder is a workhorse. The large drum is 10.5" in diameter and 11.5" wide for large batts. It is designed for use with fine to medium fiber lengths.

The XL Standard comes with:

• 72 teeth per square inch
• 3/8" long plated steel teeth
• surface speed ratio of 12:1
• table clamps, doffer brush, and doffer pin
• laminated birch frame with hard white coating

The drum carder ships assembled. It is manufacturered in the Netherlands.
