This knitting class is suitable for knitters who have been actively knitting and would like to expand their technical skills. If you know how to knit, but it has been a few years since you picked up needles and yarn, please take the Introduction to Knitting class first.

INTRODUCTION TO BRIOCHE KNITTING

You will get an introduction to two-color brioche knitting in this class. There are many beautiful brioche patterns that have come out, but some knitters may be intimidated by the technique. You will learn how to interpret the slip stitches, yarn overs, and special brioche knits and purls while working with two highly contrasting colors of sport weight yarn. By Carla Tilghman.

PARKING: The parking garage is located at 927 New Hampshire Street. Top level parking is free. Level 2 parking is $2.00 to park 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
