Skill Building and Project Crochet The classes listed below are suitable for stitchers who have been actively crocheting and would like to expand their technical skills. If you know how crochet, but it has been a few years since you picked hook and yarn, please take the Introduction to Crochet class first. MY FIRST TUNISIAN CROCHET-Lamia Wrap The cozy Lamia Shawl pattern ($7.50) designed by Toni Lipsey uses a worsted/heavy worsted weight yarn to show off alternating Tunisian stitches. Start small at the bottom corner and see how quickly you progress with this triangular shawl pattern. You will need to be proficient in basic crochet skills to take this class, but you will learn beginning Tunisian crochet techniques. By Rebecca Cook.
