Sometimes two very different fibers team up to make a pairing that brings out the best in both. In Huck Delicacy, we combined a linen warp with a silk weft. The linen provides body and stability while the silk brings softness and drape. The perfect combination for a scarf! The linen warp is sett at 24 ends per inch and threaded in a 4-harness huck pattern set within a plain weave ground. The weft is all Kiku 20/2 silk. The kit makes 1 scarf measuring approximately 6.75" x 68". The scarf can be handwashed and air dried.

You will need:

• 1 tube French Linen
• 1 skein Kiku 20/2 silk
• 8" weaving width
• 4 harnesses
• 12-dent reed
• 188 heddles
• boat shuttle and bobbin

We wove our scarf using French Linen color 4276 Brick and Kiku Silk 9513 Persimmon.
