Alpaca is a beautiful yarn, light but warm, with a more fluid drape than wool. We've designed a scarf in two sizes to take advantage of the Joseph Galler alpaca colors. The structure is an 8-harness shadow weave variation that includes floats to highlight the diagonal lines. Two colors are alternated in both the warp and weft to create this effect.
