Halo has the look of fine brushed mohair but not its scratchiness because Halo is made with suri alpaca. The alpaca fiber is spun around the central core of the yarn, which makes it very lofty and lightweight. Halo can be used as a carry-along yarn to add a fluffy haze to another yarn or by itself for a dreamy lightweight fabric.
