Overshot is a structure that uses two wefts. We've chosen a sleek, fine weft for the tabby and a soft, lofty weft for the pattern but kept the colors close to one another. The result is a puffy pattern on a sleek, subtle scarf. The warp is sett at 24 epi. Both the warp and the tabby weft are the 16/2 bamboo, which creates a shiny, supple background fabric. The pattern weft is Zephyr, a blend of 50% wool and 50% silk, spun into a lofty yarn. When woven in overshot, they make a beautiful, formal scarf, perfect for a special occasion.
