Add a layer of function to your Ashford e-Spinner 3! The quill spindle allows you to spin off the point, no walking wheel needed! This is a good way to spin textured yarns since there is no orifice to navigate. The quill tip also doubles as a weaving quill winder, so you can turn your e-Spinner 3 into an electric quill winder. The narrow shaft is tapered so paper quills and Ashford plastic bobbins can slide on snugly. (The quill winder does not work with the plastic bobbins from Schacht and Leclerc, or with Harrisville Designs' wooden bobbins.)

Simply remove the e-Spinner's flyer and slip the shaft of the quill into place and you're ready to go. Switching takes just a few seconds and adds to the versatility of your spinner!

Spindle is made from stainless steel. Spindle comes with one Ashford nylon 4" bobbin and 1 paper quill.
