The tonal colors of Old Dominion 2 Ply come from its small-batch dye process. It gives the yarn a rustic, casual look so we chose a sporty advancing twill to pair with it. The result is something not quite organic and ot quite geometric, but altogether lively and appealing. The warp is a single color of Old Dominion, sett at 15 epi. The weft is a contrastic color and treadled in an advancing sequence as well. After washing, the fabric has a wonderful texture and squishy feel. The kit makes a runner of approximately 18" x 36", plus fringe. It can be hand washed and dried flat.
You will need:
- 19.5" weaving width
- 4 harnesses
