Who wouldn't want a pair of cozy fingerless mitts? They keep your hands warm but your fingers free to text, use your keys, or flip a . . . peace sign. They are knit in the round using Malabrigo's Rios, a 100% Merino superwash wool. It is hand-dyed in Malabrigo's fantastic color combinations and one skein does the pair. The 4-row blackberry stitch is worked on the wrist and the back of the hand while the thumb and palm are stockinette. The wristers come in two sizes: 6.5" or 8" around the hand. They can be machine washed and dried flat. Designed by Christina Behnke.
The kit includes Malabrigo Book 10 and the yarn. For this project you will also need:
- double point needles in US size 6 OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE
- waste yarn to reserve thumb stitches
- tapestry needle
