Geometric block designs have timeless appeal. Add texture, a soft and squishy hand, and wool warmth, and you've got a scarf that you will wear for years. The pattern is an 8-harness Atwater-Bronson lace design that incorporates plain weave squares set against a background of lace. It is woven using 2/10 Merino Tencel, sett at 20 epi and woven at 20 ppi. This yarn has drape from the Tencel and warpth from the Merino, as well as a wonderful subtle sheen. The finished dimensions are 8.5" x 69". The scarf can be hand washed and air dried, with a short tumble in the dryer to soften the fabric.

• 2/10 Merino Tencel: 1 cone each of two colors
• 9.25" weaving width
• 8 harnesses
• 10-dent reed
• 181 heddles
• boat shuttle and bobbin
