Birds of a Feather is hand-dyed by Tracey Schuh of Interlacements in Wisconsin. The base yarn is highly textured rayon that feels like something between an eyelash yarn and a chenille. It has a wonderful spongy feel and nice drape. It can be used for both warp and weft in weaving projects on a loom with harnesses, but not as warp on a rigid heddle loom. Use it by itself or as an accent to add zing!
