You'll be ready to snuggle up in your favorite chair with this light but warm blanket. It's big, too, because it is woven using a double weave technique where you weave two layers simultaneously that are joined at one side. When the fabric comes off the loom, it opens up like a book so it's double the width that it was on the loom!

The Big Check! blanket is woven using Eco Wool, a 100% wool yarn. Five bold colors stripe the surface in both the warp and weft directions. The yarn is sett at 8 ends per inch per layer (16 ends per inch total) and woven at the same beat. The blanket can be hand washed and air dried.

You will need:

• Eco Wool: 1 skein each of five colors
• 25.75" weaving width
• 4 harnesses
• 8 dent reed
• 406 heddles
• 1 large boat shuttle and 5 bobbins

Our blanket was woven using Eco Wool colors 8015 Very Light Brown, 3125 Pureed Pumpkin, 3103 Legion Blue, 8444 Butternut Squash, and 3115 Boysenberry.
