Medina is a light and supple yarn. Balos gives it a chance to shine in a shawl that wants to move in every breeze! The openwork stitch pattern makes the shawl airy and Medina's gradual color changes create blended stripes. The pattern stitch is a 4-row repeat. Finished measurements are approximately 18" x 72". Berroco has given this Donna Yacino design a difficulty rating of intermediate.

Medina is a summer dream, with one warm color flowing into another. It blends 37% cotton with 36% acrylic and 27% viscose for a breathable yarn that makes great warm-weather garments. It is a DK weight yarn and is knitted in this project at 4.75 stitcher per inch in pattern. Medina can be machine washed in cold on delicate and dried flat. Due to the print effect, some dye may release during the laundering process.
