This class is designed for those who have never spun any yarn before.

BEGINNING SPINNING

July 5 Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 1 day

In this beginning class you will learn how a spinning wheel works and how to manage your spinning fiber to make yarn. These classes are limited to 3 students so you will get lots of one-on-one help! The focus of this beginning class is to get you comfortable using a spinning wheel and making your first handspun yarn. By Carla Tilghman.

PARKING: The parking garage is located at 927 New Hampshire Street. Top level parking is free. Level 2 parking is $2.00 to park 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Street level and basement level parking is limited to 2 hours. Pay stations are located at each stairwell on the street level. Sunday parking is free downtown.
