This little hen wants to sit on your kitchen windowsill! She is made entirely of wool, worked with a felting needle. In this kit from Bear Creek Felting, all of the wool fiber, felting needles, and felting cushion that you need are included in the kit, as well as easy-to-follow instructions with photos of every step. Your little chicken will measure about 3" tall, 4" wide, and 4" long, depending on how firmly you felt it.

With a Bear Creek kit, you are using wool from sheep that have been bred specifically for fiber that is easy to felt. The flock that produces the wool is Bear Creek's own, raised in North Dakota. The kits are assembled right there, as well, for a product that is made entirely in the US.

Please note: While the project is an easy one, the felting needles are very sharp, so this kit is not recommended for unsupervised children.
