A trio of gnomes to keep you company this winter? Yes! They are made entirely of wool, worked with a felting needle. In this kit from Bear Creek Felting, the wool fiber, felting needles, felting cushion, and glass eyes are included in the kit, as well as easy-to-follow instructions with photos of every step. The only things not included are a needle and thread to attach the glass eyes. The kit makes all three gnomes and each measures about 3" tall to the point of its hat. The project takes about three hours for someone who is new to felting.

With a Bear Creek kit, you are using wool from sheep that have been bred specifically for fiber that is easy to felt. The flock that produces the wool is Bear Creek's own, raised in North Dakota. The kits are assembled right there, as well, for a product that is made entirely in the US.
