This packing brush mounts on either the fine or coarse Ashford drum carders. Designed to pack the fibers onto the teeth of the larger drum, the brush will help you product a thicker batt. It is also ideal for controlling fine, low-crimp fibers like alpaca, mohair, and angora.

Included with the packer kit:

This is simple to install--just attach the two brackets under the top bolts and fit the packer in place.
