8-Harness Pick Up on the Rigid Heddle Loom

Nov. 1-2 (Sat.-Sun) 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 2 days

Learn how to use pick up techniques on your rigid heddle loom to make more complicated weave structures like color-and-weave pinwheel. You will use 2 highly contrasting colors of 3/2 Perle cotton, a mercerized cotton to make a set of towels. You will need to bring your own rigid heddle loom that is at least 14" wide and a 12.5- or 12-dent heddle. Be sure to tell us in the box above what width of loom you are bringing and if you are bringing a stand or if you need table space. Materials not included. By Katie Werner.

Please purchase your class supplies before the first day of class. You can order it online. Just be sure to include a message that we should hold the yarn at the store to pick up during class.
