Silkpaca is the perfect blend of two of the more luxurious fibers - silk and baby alpaca. It is so soft, fine, and has a lovely drape. Match that with the unmistakable Malabrigo color palette and you might just have the perfect lace weight yarn. We imagine knitting, weaving, and crocheting beautiful shawls, scarves, and lacey sweaters with this affordable and sophisticated yarn. Suggested needle size is a US 3 to 8, depending on the gauge you are trying to obtain. We recommend a weaving sett of 18 to 24 epi. Hand wash in cold and lay flat to dry.
