Prime Alpaca is equally at home in knitting and weaving projects. It comes in economical eight ounce skeins, perfect for the main color of a sweater or blanket. The colors are all natural and include both heathered and solid colors. The yarn is soft and has a little stretch. Like all alpacas, it is very warm for its weight.

Prime Alpaca comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. We are happy to wind the yarn for you at no charge, but this does make the yarn non-returnable. If you would like your skeins wound, please request it in the "Shipping Instructions" box during the checkout process.
