Mallo is soft and absorbent. It has a thick-and-thin texture that gives rustic appeal to your fabrics. The colors are as soft as the yarn, with gentle pastels and subtle muted colors that are easy to coordinate. Like most cotton yarns, the fringe can be a vulnerable point as far as laundering goes, but if you braid or twist it, or use a hemmed edge, you'll find that the woven fabric stands up well to machine washing and drying.
