The new Jane table loom comes as a 16-harness loom or an 8-harness loom that can be expanded later to 16 harnesses. It folds to 8.5" high, even when warped.  The beater rests at the castle so you have a deep weaving area. Elastic bands pull the harnesses down, giving a quick, clean shed change. Rather than butterfly nuts, velcro bands secure the top of the beater so reed changes are quick and easy, with no nuts to lose. The weaving widths are 19.7" for the Jane 50, and 27.5" for the Jane 70. It comes with:
