The Harp Forté is like the original Kromski Harp loom but with metal ratchets on both the warp and cloth beams. This means that the warp is held securely even under high tension like that used with tapestry weaving. The loom is portable but versatile, available in 8, 16, 24, and 32" weaving widths. Just loosen the tension and the loom folds in half for travel or storage, even when fully warped. The heddle block can hold two heddles so you are ready to add a second heddle for for advanced techniqus. It is made of European alder wood and comes with:

• an 8-dent heddle
• 2 stick shuttles
• a pick-up stick
• threading hook
• 2 table clamps
• warping peg
• warping board pegs to convert the underside of the loom into a five-yard warping board
• Warp Helper tool to speed the warping process

Options include a carrying bag, tilting floor stand, and additional heddles in 5, 10 and 12 dent.
