The Sunflower Lace stud brooch is a lovely decoration but also can act as a closure. It works something like a post earring. The brooch has a post on the back that go through the fabric. A leather back snaps over the end of the post from the underside of the fabric to hold the brooch in place.

The design is made of white brass with a leather backing. It measures approximately 2.5" by 1.5" and comes packaged in a reusable tin. The edges of the brooch have been well-smoothed so you don't have to worry about damaging your garment.
