The Acanthus Cross stud buttons are versatile, working equally well with a busy Fair Isle vest or a simple long woven ruana. The studs are removable closures that can move from one garment to another! They work something like post earrings. The stud has a post on the back that goes through the fabric. A leather back snaps over the end of the post from the underside of the fabric and holds the stud in place.

The design is rendered in white brass with a leather backing. The studs measure approximately 5/8" across. They are sold as a set of four and come packaged in a reusable tin.
