Ashford's Tabletop Tapestry Loom has a rigid heddle to open the shed and stands upright on legs, so you can use it on a table and see your work facing you. It shares some of its anatomy with Ashford's rigid heddle loom, which means it is built for fast and easy direct warping, with rotating beams so your weaving can be longer than the length of the loom, and five other options for rigid heddles to control the warp spacing. The position of the upper beam is adjustable, so you have fine control over the warp tension. If you are traveling with your loom, you can fold down the shedding device and fold in the legs, for a compact 5" height. The Tabletop Tapestry Loom is built from sturdy beech wood and has a smooth lacquer finish. Two weaving widths are available: 16" and 24".
